Dear Ms. Kenney:

\JI am writing you in regard to my policy number 473731037, for the period
from 04/21/77 to 04/21/78, and to comfirm a correction to your records that
was discussed with your Pam Solida by telephone this morning.

We wrote you on May 3rd to inform you that we had traded the '67
Cheverolet in on a 1977 Cheverolet as of April 25.  You had been informed
of this by phone on April 26th and a request made to increase the coverage
on this new car to that provided by Plan 55.

We were informed on May 3rd by phone that this extended coverage was
already in effect but that we should return the Enrollment form as is,
which we did.  We were further informed that there would be some delay
before we received an amended declaration but that I was properly
covered and not to worry.  We had no idea that the delay would be as
long as it has and that you would record the change incorrectly.

Your bill has just arrived and you have made a mistake as to the
car that we retained.  I traded in the Chevrolet and I still have the
Mercedes.   The cars that are still to be covered are:\.

the old Cheverolet as still in my possession and not the Mercedes.  This
error is clearly one made in your office because the correct information
was read back to us in the May 3rd phone conversation.

Under separate cover attn: Auto Premium Dept.  I am sending a check for
$38.50, as called for in your amended declaration.

I am addressing this letter to you, by way of confirmation of our phone
call and to inform you that there has been a certain amount of
carelessness in your office in the past that you should know about.\.
